Our Conference program offers opportunities to learn about HD care and treatment and how to cope with living with HD. However, we will also offer a variety of social and physical activities to connect with new people and get to know the international community.
So, here is the list of items we recommend you bring to the conference:
1. Sportswear: A pair of walking shoes, comfortable trousers and a T-shirt for activities such as Qigong or football.
2. A notebook and pen: to help you take notes in the sessions, and connect with new people during the networking time.

4. A bottle of water to keep you hydrated throughout the day.
