The 2025 EHA Conference, held in Bucharest, Romania, from September 25th to 28th, brought together the HD community under the inspiring theme “Shaping our future together – we are the change!”.
Participants from across Europe and all over the world gathered to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and discuss new developments in HD care, research and daily living.
Open to anyone connected to HD — whether as a family member, healthcare professional, friend, or volunteer — the conference provided a warm and inclusive space to learn, connect, and inspire one another.

Day 2 was filled with energy, learning, and connection. The day began with the Opening and Welcome Session, followed by a series of engaging talks, peer support groups, and social activities that strengthened the bonds within our community.

The third day of the EHA Conference featured powerful talks and inspiring speakers who gave us much to reflect on. Throughout the day, social activities fostered laughter, connection, and a strong sense of community. We ended the day with an amazing party to celebrate our community!

The final day of the EHA Conference was filled with hope and determination. Participants heard updates on clinical trials and biomarkers, explored the latest developments from leading research companies, and engaged in meaningful discussions on trial recruitment with clinicians, patient representatives, and industry partners.
We concluded the conference with reflections, key learnings, and a heartfelt farewell. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making these four inspiring days such a success.
